Dharmachakra Buddhist Center offers meditation classes in the Palm Springs desert communities. Our classes provide practical instructions on meditation that help us let go of stress and habit patterns that keeps us from enjoying the concentration, inner peace, and clarity we desire.

Dharmachakra Buddhist Center is a branch of the Vajrarupini Buddhist Center in San Diego which is a member of the New Kadampa Tradition / International Kadampa Buddhist Union. Our classes are based on Buddha's teachings and meditation techniques, which are over 2500 years old. Taught by an American Buddhist monk, the meditation classes are very easy to understand and to apply to our daily lives. The classes are geared to help us learn how to meditate and how to react more positively to life's challenges. Both beginners and advanced meditators are welcome.
