We live in a time when sicence is making unbelievable progress, technology is promising to solve all of our problems, and news media broadcast 24 hours a day, revealing everything about everyone. Yet we also live in a time when most people die alone and afraid, and where very few sources of information about how we die and how
we can prepare ourselves to die in peace and fearlessness.
Each class will begin and conclude with a meditation. Classes are intended to be informative, inspiring, and uplifting. No previous
experience with meditation or Buddhist thought is necessary.
